Terms and Conditions — Freedom Fuel Event

By purchasing a ticket to any Freedom Fuel event operated by EP Management, Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), you ("you," "your," or "Attendee") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase a ticket.


1. Event Overview

Freedom Fuel is a multi-day, in-person business immersion event featuring speakers, panels, networking, and implementation sessions for entrepreneurs and business owners. Freedom Fuel is a brand owned and operated by EP Management, Inc.

2. Ticket Purchase & Pricing

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge the following:

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Early bird and promotional pricing may be withdrawn at any time.

Each ticket is valid for the named ticket purchaser only. Only the registered ticket holder will be admitted to the event.


3. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by emailing [email protected] no later than 48 hours prior to the event start date. Your transfer request must include:

Your full name (original ticket holder)

The replacement attendee's full name

The replacement attendee's phone number

The replacement attendee's email address

Transfers are subject to approval by EP Management, Inc. Tickets may not be resold, auctioned, or distributed for commercial purposes.


4. VIP Networking Dinners

Certain ticket tiers include VIP networking dinners as part of the event experience. Please note:

Meals are provided by EP Management, Inc.

Alcoholic beverages are not provided. Attendees are responsible for purchasing their own drinks.

VIP dinners are exclusive to VIP and Executive VIP ticket holders and are not transferable to General Admission attendees.


5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By attending the Freedom Fuel event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss that may occur during the event, at the event venue, during networking dinners, or during any related activities.

You hereby release, waive, and forever discharge EP Management, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, speakers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by you in connection with your attendance at or participation in the event.

This waiver extends to claims arising from the negligence of EP Management, Inc. or any of the released parties, but does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of EP Management, Inc. for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Freedom Fuel event shall not exceed the total ticket purchase price paid by you for the event.

In no event shall EP Management, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action.


7. No Guarantee of Results

Freedom Fuel is an educational and networking event. The content shared by speakers and presenters is intended for general informational and knowledge-sharing purposes only.

We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or personal results from attending the event.

Your success depends entirely on your own efforts, decisions, and circumstances.

Nothing presented at the event constitutes legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. You are encouraged to consult your own qualified professionals before making any business decisions.


8. Third-Party Speakers & Content

The Freedom Fuel event features presentations from third-party speakers, panelists, and guests. You acknowledge and agree that:

EP Management, Inc. is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, opinions, strategies, or recommendations presented by third-party speakers.

The views expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of EP Management, Inc.

You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence on any strategies, products, services, or opportunities discussed at the event.


9. Agenda & Speaker Changes

Live events are dynamic. You acknowledge and agree that:

The event agenda, schedule, session topics, and time frames are subject to change without notice.

Speakers may be added, removed, or substituted at any time and for any reason, including last-minute cancellations.

EP Management, Inc. will make every reasonable effort to deliver an exceptional event experience, but changes to the published agenda do not entitle you to a refund or any other compensation.


10. Photo, Video & Media Release

By attending the Freedom Fuel event, you grant EP Management, Inc. and its affiliates an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Photograph, film, and record you (including your image, likeness, voice, and statements) during any portion of the event.

Use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such photographs, video, and audio recordings in any media or format, whether now known or hereafter developed, for marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media platforms, email marketing, printed materials, testimonials, and future event promotions.

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials or the use thereof. You release EP Management, Inc. from any claims related to the use of your image, likeness, or statements, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity.


11. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. EP Management, Inc. reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event, without refund, for behavior that is disruptive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.

There is no solicitation of any kind permitted at the event without the express written approval of EP Management, Inc. You shall not sell, promote, or offer any products, services, or programs to other attendees without prior authorization.


12. Confidentiality

You understand that information shared at the event — by speakers, attendees, and EP Management, Inc. — may be confidential and proprietary. You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained at the event without the express consent of the party who shared it.


13. Force Majeure

If EP Management, Inc. is prevented from holding the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, acts of terrorism, fire, severe weather, venue unavailability, or other force majeure events — EP Management, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, reschedule the event, offer event credit, or provide an alternative experience. No cash refunds will be issued due to force majeure events.


14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Denton County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees in connection with any arbitration proceeding, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

The foregoing shall not prevent EP Management, Inc. from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.


15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.


16. Entire Agreement & Modifications

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and EP Management, Inc. regarding your attendance at the Freedom Fuel event, superseding any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

EP Management, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted at FreedomFuelEvent.com. By attending the event, you agree to be bound by the most current version of these terms.


17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.


18. No Partnership or Employment

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted or construed to create a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship of any kind between you and EP Management, Inc.
